As a publicly funded environmental organisation it is important that the goods and services we purchase meet our requirements and comply with our terms and conditions.
Tendering opportunities and contracts awarded
We procure most of the goods and services we need by using a suitable framework, in particular those offered by Crown Commercial Service.
If a procurement is not suited to us using a framework, we advertise tendering opportunities over £25,000 on Contracts Finder (the link opens in a new window)and high value tendering opportunities on the Find a Tender service window). Search on “Office for Environmental Protection”, including the quotation marks.
We also advertise details of all contracts awarded over £25,000 on Contracts Finder and all high value contracts awarded on Find a Tender.
Contract terms
Please do not start the supply of any goods or services before you have been issued with an OEP purchase order. The only exception to this is if we are using an OEP Purchasing Card for smaller transactions.
All orders will be subject to our standard contract terms unless different terms have been agreed between the supplier and us.
